On a bleak February day I was walking through Manchester and I spotted this image through the clouds and drizzle. It contrasts the old converted railway buildings with the new sky scrapers being built in the distance. This sums up Manchesters renaissance and redevelopment from a post industrial city to a modern cosmopolitan urbanscape.
