We will keep your data whilst we are actively providing services to you. We retain data for a further 12 months so that we can send you updates and assist you if you come back to use for additional services.

This data is securely stored AS PAPER RECORDS IN LOCKED FILING CABINET or SAFE, IN AN ONLINE CUSTOMER SYSTEM, STORED AS ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS IN A SECURE STORAGE SOLUTION. We take data security seriously.

As a Data Subject you have rights over your own data that you can exercise at any time, these are:

  • Data is erased – we must erase data if not needed or requested by you, that is not excessive and is possible
