New start

Not really sure what happened last year. I just stopped blogging my time outdoors went down in the end to short walks with my dogs.

It was only after my daughter started to miss Uni life and asked me to take her outdoors for the day the penny dropped that over the winter I had really stopped getting out.

So off to Ainsdale beach we went in the bracing January wind to explore the sand dunes with our dogs.

Been to Ainsdale many times. Not sure how but this time we ended up at part of the Dunes we had not been to before.

What a fantastic day, walking in the cold winter sunshine. It was a real mental health tonic and has inspired me to get outdoors more and start this blog up again.
